Investment experience: 23 years; 21 years with firm

Tom serves as the portfolio manager for the Bailard small value strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 1987, Tom worked in the telecommunications industry. He earned his BA at Northern Michigan University in 1985 and the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1994. He has also completed the certificate program in Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. In his spare time Tom can be found in his greenhouse tending his orchids.
