Investment experience: 10 years; 10 years with firm

Scott joined Bailard in 1998. His current responsibilities include developing investment strategies for clients, financial planning, and maintaining client relationships. He also oversees Bailard's investment associates. Scott received his BA in economics and communication from the University of California, San Diego, in 1997 and earned his Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2003. Scott enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball.
