Bailard Executive Receives "40 Under 40" Honor
FOSTER CITY, CA, September 30, 2005 - Bailard, Inc., a leading San Francisco Bay area investment management firm, announced that Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Michelle Foss, CFA, received the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal's prestigious “40 Under 40” award. This honor is bestowed each year upon exceptional business leaders in the greater Silicon Valley area who are 40 years of age or younger.
Ms. Foss serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s private real estate vehicles. Her responsibilities include portfolio management, investment analysis, and recommending potential acquisitions and dispositions. She received her BBA in finance from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University in 1996 and her MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, in 2005. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, she worked for Prudential Realty Group and Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Michelle earned her CFA designation in 2000.
