Investment experience: 13 years; 7 years with firm

Michael re-joined Bailard in 2008. He is responsible for developing and implementing investment policies for individual clients, financial planning, and maintaining client relationships. Previous work experience includes starting several technology ventures and working as a exchange/treasury analyst for MMS International. He earned his BA in 1986 from the University of Wisconsin, his MM (MBA) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995. Michael is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco and lives in Marin with his wife and two children.
