Jenilee joined Bailard in 2008. Her responsibilities include talent and performance management, benefits administration, training and development, employee relations and communications, compliance, and company insurance. Jenilee received her B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University in 2007, and her SPHR designation in 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, picnics, and other outdoor activities with friends and family.
