George’s responsibilities include the development of new quantitative models for the Bailard cognitive value equity strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, George developed quantitative stock selection models for StarMine. He earned his MS in applied mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1998 and a PhD in management science and engineering from Stanford University in 2006. George received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006. In his spare time, he enjoys opera, playing piano and cooking.
