Investment experience: 11 years; 11 years with firm

Ashley generates sales opportunities for Bailard's standalone investment products through consultants, plan sponsors, multifamily offices and other investment advisory firms. He also maintains institutional relationships for Bailard's international equity clients. Before joining the firm as an investment associate in 2000, Ashley worked as a planner for the County of Santa Barbara, handling permit processing and zoning enforcement. He is an honors graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, from which he received a BS in environmental studies in 1999. Ashley enjoys competitive sailing and teaches sailing. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, swimming, mountain biking and hiking.
